If you are looking for a knowledgeable, personable, professional and thou rough real estate agent, then I whole heartedly urge you to call Charli Inman. As a Realtor, Charli has many great qualities. One of the strongest is her ability to focus on what her clients needs, not what she wants to sell them. From our very first contact to after closing, she was 100% looking out for my best interests.
I knew from a recommendation of a friend that Charli Inman was a go-getter, and would work hard on my behalf. However, it wasn't until mid-way through the home seeking process that I really realized just how good she is at knowing her client. Being a single mom, relocating to a new job and buying a home on my own for the first time, I was extremely stressed out. I almost made an offer on a home just so I could take advantage of a tax credit that was expiring in a few days. Charli stopped me and said, "Is this the home you really want?" She knew better than I did that the house was not for me. She wisely advised me not to buy a house to get a tax credit, but rather to buy a house I would be happy to live in. Rather than just writing the deal and making another sale, she showed me true professionalism and integrity toward her client. Her advice to be patient allowed me to find the house I truly wanted.
This is just one example I can give how Charli is in tune to her clients and their needs. She worked around my schedule to make time for showings, even giving up Sunday afternoons to show homes. If I had a question about a property, she was immediately on the phone getting the answer. She never failed to have a positive attitude but knew when to be tough to get things done on my behalf. It was truly a pleasure working with Charli, and I would not hesitate to contact her again for future real estate transactions. I strongly recommend Charli Inman to any person seeking to buy or sell real estate.
