Charli Inman and her partner Ben Melius came to my door, asking if we were interested in putting our home the market again after taking if off in the Fall. Usually, I do not open the door for sales calls but luckily my intuition told me to this time. I appreciated their assertive approach, I immediately felt their professionalism, yet personable qualities and knew that these were the Realtors for us.
Charli gets things done! She was extremely easy to work with. We appreciated the instant feedback from showings, the energetic way she made sure our home was positively represented. She answered all our questions in a timely matter and if she didn't know the answer right away she sure found out quickly.
Charli was very encouraging and positive about every aspect of the sale, kept things real but always tried to make sure we felt comfortable with every step. We always felt during the whole process that she was accessible and she made sure to always get back to us either by text, email, or directly by phone right away to alleviate any unknowns or worries on our end.
Moving can be stressful process. We have recommended Charli already to our previous neighbors who are thinking of selling soon. I know they will appreciate Charli and we will continue to recommend her highly!
